Wash, rinse, spin, repeat is the mantra of the Trump campaign.  No matter what the Trump criticism, the Trump campaign has a what about the Biden’s counter argument.  In fact the whole campaign by Trump is filled with recycled stories met to deflect from Trump’s failings, or a recycle of a stale story.  Another venue is manufactured by Rupert Merdoch mystery October surprise stories hinted at by Rush Limbaugh, rinsed in the Murdoch  NY Post Tabloid and spun on the Murdoch Fox-Trump national conspiracy theory and disinformation channel.  The Hunter Biden Ukraine story was such a lie that the writer would not put his name on the article. He used an assistant that had never had a by-line on any other story, she had said she did not know she was mentioned until after the story was published. 

The phony story referred to above was provided by Rudy Giuliani to the Rush, and the Post no other reputable news organization other than a tabloid would publish such unverified sourced stories.  Included are so called e-mails gleaned from a computer.   The story says Hunter had dropped off for repair and had abandoned.  Rudy and his Ukrainian Russian operative say the computer was in a shop (1000 miles from where Biden lives) and they say they were retrieved and have more e-mails.  The owner of the shop is known as a conspiracy theorist and a Trump supporter.  Rudy has been associated with the Russian agent since December when Trump was anxious to get dirt on Biden, and Russian agents are willing to comply with made up e-mails?  Looks like Hillary e-mail distraction.  Wash, rinse and spin repeat.

The Trump show should be thought of as a daily reality show.  Trump’s most obvious tell is his penchant to project his actions and desires onto others.  You take away one chaotic episode and replace it with another more audacious controversy after another all for generating chaos. Chaos hides his actions behind the scenes, the corrupt nepotism, the grifting, his health care response to the pandemic and other broken norms to the benefit of the Trump family.  

His campaign shows are going to his base enclaves to draw the maximum crowds, not only to feed his ego but for the optics of a perceived popularity by the ill-informed.  There are the  same individuals that rely only on visual ques and are motivated by the packed crowd and the desire to be popular.  This may be the only explanation  why he is only playing too his base.  All of his whistle stop Covid-19 super spreader events are being held in areas where his base overwhelmingly resides.  Perhaps this is what Trump thought was herd mentality and everyone thought he met herd immunity?  There must be a psychological term for this phenomena.

Trump keeps harping on Joe Biden as being a socialist with a socialist agenda.  Joe Biden has always been middle of the road knowing you cannot rush any major agenda right or left all at once,  It takes time for the American public to accept major change ad Joe has always sought consensus.   Joe Biden understands that reality.  Trump on the other hand thinks that being the sole arbiter of power and does not yet recognize most, if not all, of his executive orders may expire by order of the next president. 

The problem with the socialist mantra used against Joe Biden is offset by multiple strikes against Trump.  There are many things worse than a lie about Joe’s being a socialist they are Trump being both a tax cheat, charity cheat, golf cheat, wife cheat, and corporate socialist.  That does not include the Defense Department contract  welfare dole.  Millions in direct incentives and tax credits for favored corporations such as big oil, pharma, and big agriculture.   Corporate welfare is 4 times that of individual welfare as shown in the large PPP bill passed.  I think Trump being a both a tax cheat and a corporate socialist should disqualify him.  Lock him up.
