TRUMP – KARMA OR INEVITABLE                                      

I wish Trump well, however, I can’t tell if it’s due to the fact I feel guilty that my first wish came true.  Perhaps?

Inevitability is my opinion on why Trump contracted Covyd-19.  He had a few all you can spew Covid-19 events.  He most likely first contracted the virus during debate prep. The debate preppers wanted him to be aggressive, however, not Jason of Friday the 13^th aggressive. Chris Christy, Hope Hicks, Kelly Ann Conway, and Rudy Giuliani the first three tested positive and all were involved in debate prep. 

The first family walked into the debates with masks on, and when seated the majority of the guests on the Trump side removed the masks almost in defiance of the rules the Cleveland Clinic had set prior to the debates.  He said we were “turning the corner on the pandemic”.  During the debates on September 29^th Trump also mocked Biden for always wearing a mask, Karma or god getting even?

He may have already been infected during the introduction of the new Supreme Court nominee on the White House lawn.  A majority of the guest in the front row of that event have tested positive for the virus.  Most were part of the entourage that were in the meet and greet within the White House confines.

Friday when Trump went to Walter Reed he had fever, and shortness of breath which prompted him to be hospitalized.  To have a high viral load from the virus after only 2 days after testing positive suggests he had the virus longer than the test suggests.  It could be that the tests he had been taken were showing false negatives.  The administration did not say when the last time he was tested prior to his testing positive.

Trump has made the opportunity for the virus to find him by flaunting his own CDC guidelines.  His super spreader events last week includes October 26^th Rally in PA, close quarters no masks, The debates on the 29^th again no masks for the Trump supporters in a closed space without masks.   September 30^th he attended a rally and a fundraiser in Minn.  October 1^st he may have suspected he had the virus as he had close contact with Hope Hicks hat had already tested positive and then he attended a fundraiser with 8-10 individuals with  close contact.

Trump having a high virus load early on with three of the high risk factors against him, age he’s 74 years old, weight wise he appears to be morbidly obese, and being male is very concerning.  The next 3-4 days are critical for recovery.  He already has been given drugs that are not yet proven to be effective, except in concept.  A protein designed to hinder Covid-19 reproduction, and 5 day regimen of remdesovir.   The virus acts on it’s own timetable and can rear it’s ugly head and cause immediate breathing destress without warning.   This may cause the patient to immediately go into an ICU better suited for a hospital setting not the White House where Trump wants to be seen.  Will he get his way or will the Dr.’s acquiesce to his desires?  So far it looks like Trump, not the Dr.’s are in charge.

He is also taking a strong performance enhancing steroid dexamethasone, a treatment recommended by WHO only with “severe and critical COVID-19”. Trump often accused Biden of taking the same type of drug (steroid)  in his campaigns and often demanded he take a drug test.  Karma, no test needed for Trump, he is taking performance enhancing drugs?   This therapy is usually associated with calming the immune system from overreaction to the remdesovir regimen.  This steroid was found to be “beneficial ONLY in patients on a ventilator OR on oxygen.”  This was tweeted by Dr. Craig Spencer, Director of Global Health in Emergency Medicine at Colombia University Medical Center.  “NOT on patients who don’t need oxygen. There is possibility of harm in that patient population.”

Steroids are performance enhancing as well as creating a persona known for fits of rage. Have you ever heard of weight lifters taking steroids for strength and stamina, well the drug has side effects of what weight lifters call “Roid Rage” where the individual just goes off on anyone for no apparent reason.  With trump how can you tell if he hasn’t been on them previously?

Nonetheless is it inconceivable that the doctors are lying?  Dr. Sean Connery Spokesperson from the White house is always painting a rosy picture and avoiding giving pertinent information.  He originally hedged on telling anyone Trump  had been given supplemental oxygen, which could indicate the potential lung infection that could lead to lung damage and the potential for use of a ventilator.

All indications are is he is being treated for a condition far worse than the doctors are indicating.  This can be deduced by the treatment regimen he has taken.  The indication that his blood oxygen absorption levels were reduced on more than one occasion and it’s treatment would indicate potential Covid-19 lung pneumonia and potential damage. 

Trump has shown a high degree of disrespect for the virus and distain for wearing a mask.  He understood how serious the virus back in march on tape with Bob Woodward.  Trump has no excuse except blatant political lunacy. 

Kayleigh McEnany the president’s press secretary tested positive for the virus on Monday the  5^th.  She had been in close contact with the president and she should have self-quarantined, however she had “recklessly endangered lives” by not wearing a mask during her briefings.  Ben Tracy a reporter are said he “felt safer reporting in North Korea” than he currently does at the White House.
